Reach customers on the channels they actually use. SMS is sent through providers like Arkesel, Hubtel or Twilio; WhatsApp uses the Meta WhatsApp Business API.
Connect it
- Open Settings → Integrations and choose your SMS provider or WhatsApp.
- Enter the provider's API key and your registered sender ID.
- For WhatsApp, connect your approved Meta WhatsApp Business number.
- Send a test message to confirm delivery.
Note — Your SMS sender ID must be registered with the telco. An unregistered sender often shows as 'submitted' but is silently dropped by the network — register it to guarantee delivery.
