This integration keeps your Shopify stock in step with what you sell in-store, and pulls Shopify orders into your MerxumOS order queue.
Before you start
- A Shopify store on a plan that allows custom apps.
- Admin access to generate API credentials.
- MerxumOS on the Surge plan or above.
Connect it
- In your Shopify admin, create a custom app and grant it read/write access to Products and Orders.
- Copy the Admin API access token and your store domain (your-store.myshopify.com).
- In MerxumOS, open Settings → Integrations → Shopify and paste the store domain and access token.
- Choose what to sync (inventory, orders) and turn the integration on.
What syncs
- Stock levels push from MerxumOS to Shopify so you never oversell online.
- New Shopify orders appear under Online Orders for fulfilment.
- Products are matched by SKU/barcode.
Tip — Make sure SKUs/barcodes match on both sides so the sync maps the right items.
