Connect Telegram & Slack

    Get the alerts that matter — big sales, low stock, system issues — straight into Telegram or Slack.

    Telegram

    1. Create a bot with @BotFather in Telegram and copy the bot token.
    2. Get your chat or group ID (add the bot to the chat first).
    3. In MerxumOS, open Settings → Integrations → Telegram and paste the token and chat ID.

    Slack

    1. In Slack, create an Incoming Webhook for the channel you want.
    2. Copy the webhook URL.
    3. Paste it into Settings → Integrations → Slack and choose which alerts to send.
