Keep your accountant's books current automatically — MerxumOS posts your sales and expenses to QuickBooks Online on a schedule.
Before you start
- A QuickBooks Online account you can authorise.
- Any MerxumOS plan — QuickBooks is available on Spark and up.
Connect it
- Open Settings → Integrations → QuickBooks and choose Connect.
- Sign in to QuickBooks and authorise MerxumOS, then pick the company file.
- Map your accounts (sales income, expense categories, payment accounts).
- Turn the sync on.

- Sales post as Sales Receipts.
- Expenses post as Purchases.
- Posting runs automatically on a schedule.
Note — Account mapping matters — set it once and your figures land in the right ledgers every time.
