If your products live in a spreadsheet, import them in one upload instead of typing them in.
- Go to Products and choose Import.
- Download the CSV template (columns: name, SKU/barcode, price, cost, quantity, category).
- Paste your data into the template and save it as CSV.
- Upload the file — review the preview and fix any flagged rows before saving.
- Confirm. Stock levels, prices and categories are created in one go.
Tip — Include a barcode column where you have one — it makes POS scanning instant and keeps variants tidy.
Note — Large imports run through an AI pre-flight check that sanitises the file and flags issues before anything is saved.
