Hotels: reservations, the front desk and charge-to-room
Rooms, rate plans, check-in and out, and how a guest's bar tab reaches their bill.

The hotel pack covers rooms and the front desk, and connects everything a guest spends while they are with you.
- Set up room types and rooms, and rate plans that can change by season.
- Take reservations against an availability calendar that will not let you double-book. Guests can also book directly through your own public booking page.
- Check the guest in. A folio opens for the stay — a running bill.
- Anything the guest spends in the restaurant, the bar or the shop can be charged to their room, and lands on that folio.
- At checkout, settle the folio in one payment rather than chasing separate receipts.
Note — A hotel that also runs a restaurant can run both inside one brand. The restaurant works exactly as it does for a standalone restaurant — tables, modifiers, kitchen screen — with charge-to-room linking the two.
Housekeeping
Housekeeping has its own list of rooms to clean and inspect, updated as guests check out, so the desk knows which rooms are ready to sell.
Tip — On the top plan, a channel manager keeps your availability in step with Booking.com and similar sites so you are not selling the same room twice.
