Opening a new branch location
Add a new branch, configure its inventory, assign staff, and set branch-specific pricing in minutes.

Expanding to a new location should not mean starting from scratch. In MerxumOS a new branch inherits your catalogue and settings instantly.
- Open Branches and choose Add Branch.
- Enter its name, address, and contact details.
- Assign staff and set their roles for that location.
- Stock the branch by transferring from another branch or receiving a purchase order.
- Adjust branch-specific prices if they differ from your defaults.
Note — Your plan sets how many branches you can run. Upgrade if you need more.
