Importing your products and existing inventory
Learn how to bulk-import your product catalog via CSV or manually add items one by one.

Already have a product list in a spreadsheet? You can bring your whole catalogue into MerxumOS in one upload instead of typing items in one at a time.
Bulk import with CSV
- Go to Products and choose Import.
- Download the CSV template so your columns match what MerxumOS expects (name, SKU/barcode, price, cost, quantity, category).
- Paste your data into the template and save it as CSV.
- Upload the file — you will see a preview and any rows that need fixing before anything is saved.
- Confirm the import. Stock levels, prices, and categories are created in one go.
Tip — Include a barcode column where you have one — it makes scanning at the POS instant and keeps your variants tidy.
Note — Prefer to start small? You can also add products one at a time from the Products screen — useful for businesses with only a handful of items.
