Loyalty points, gift cards and customer groups
Reward regulars, sell gift cards, and price differently for the groups you choose.
1 min read
Every sale can be attached to a customer, which is what turns a till into a record of who your business actually depends on.
Loyalty
Customers earn points on purchases and redeem them against future ones. Balances are visible at the till, so a cashier can tell a customer what they have without looking it up elsewhere.
Gift cards
Gift cards are sold, redeemed at the till like any other payment method, and can be voided if one is lost. The remaining balance is tracked, so a partly-used card keeps working.
Groups and credit
- Customer groups let you price differently for trade, staff or members without anyone remembering to change it.
- Customers on credit have a limit and payment terms, enforced at the point of sale.
- Birthdays and lapsed customers can trigger a message automatically.
- Complaints are logged against the customer with who handled it and how it ended.
Tip — A customer portal link lets people check their own purchase history, loyalty balance and orders without needing an account or a password.
